Your party, your own space
The barn sits alongside the pub but runs on its own, with its own bar and facilities. Your guests get the whole place to themselves, and the pub staff look after the bar so you can enjoy the night.

How many guests does the barn hold?
Up to 150 people. There is a large dance floor plus a separate seating and buffet area, so it works for a sit-down crowd or a full party.
Does the barn have its own bar?
Yes. The barn is fully self-contained with its own bar and facilities, so your party has its own space away from the main pub.
Can you provide food?
Yes, we can put on a buffet for your guests. Tell us your numbers and budget and we will talk you through the options.
Can you book a DJ or a band?
We can organise a DJ or a live band for you. The barn has a dedicated DJ stand with a fully installed sound and lighting system.
Do you have a smaller room?
Yes. As well as the main barn there is a separate private bar area and a smaller conference room, which suit meetings and smaller gatherings.
Where are you?
Lime Kiln Lane, Holbury, SO45 2HE, on the edge of the New Forest. It is a few minutes from Fawley and Blackfield, and around ten miles from Southampton.
